Stephanie Hovis is a Managing Director and leads Third Party Management for Greystar’s Property Management business in South Carolina, Coastal Georgia and Asheville, North Carolina, providing leadership and oversight for 11,000 units.
Since joining Greystar 13 years ago, Stephanie has held a variety of operational roles and has supported several leadership and development initiatives for regional team members.
Stephanie has earned her Property Managers license, CAPS designation, and Certified Property Manager designation. She is a past Board Member of the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association and the Virginia Tech Property Management Advisory Board.
