BIOGRAPHY
Sean Lynch is a Managing Director of Investments and leads Investment Management in the Northwest US. Sean provides acquisition oversight throughout major markets in the Northwestern US and strategic oversight of Greystar’s Active Adult venture. Since joining in 2012, Sean has been involved in acquiring and executing $5 billion in domestic real estate investments through strategic joint ventures and discretionary funds.
Before joining Greystar, Sean worked for Rialto Capital Management, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management of distressed real estate investments in the Southwestern US. Sean is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.
Sean received his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Arizona State University.
