BIOGRAPHY

Savanna Bogardus is a Senior Managing Director of Real Estate and oversees the company’s Property Management business for the US Central-West division, focused on the major markets of Austin and San Antonio in Central Texas, as well as secondary markets in the region.

She joined Greystar in 1997 and is a proven leader who’s been active in the multifamily industry for almost 30 years. Savanna has extensive experience in the luxury market with rehab and new construction from her time in New York City and other Northeast markets such as Washington, DC, and Boston, in addition to her experience in Central Texas. Savanna is a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). She has served on both the Austin Apartment Association Board of Directors and the Executive Board of the local IREM chapter. Savanna is also active with Wonders & Worries, a non-profit organization that helps children cope when a parent faces a serious or life-threatening illness.

Savanna graduated from Texas State University with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
