Souls

BIOGRAPHY

Ryan Souls is a Managing Director of Development in the Northeast region. He is responsible for all aspects of the development business, including managing the sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, design, permitting, and construction across all product lines. During his time at Greystar, Ryan has led the planning and development of over 3,000 residential units, 1,700 student housing beds, and 1M square feet of commercial space.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2020, Ryan worked in real estate development and capital markets at Wood Partners and HFF. He began his career in investment banking at Livingstone Partners.

Ryan received his Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame.
