BIOGRAPHY

Renee is the Managing Director of Greystar’s Property Management business in Canada where she oversees the company’s real estate operations, activities, and growth in the region.

Prior to joining Greystar, Renee held several senior positions, including Vice President and Managing Broker at Chard Property Group Ltd, Chief Operating Officer at Devon Properties, and National Senior Director of Property Management at Salthill Property Management. During her career of over 20 years in property management, Renee has managed over 250 properties in British Columbia and a portfolio of 7.9M square feet across Canada.

Renee is licensed as a Managing Broker and Rental Property Manager with BCFSA in British Columbia, a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Landlord BC, and a member of the Professional Association of Managing Agents (PAMA).

Renee studied urban land economics, business planning and financial management, and rental property management at the University of British Columbia's Sauder School of Business.
