BIOGRAPHY

Ravi Sharma is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar India, where he leads Greystar's Global Capability Center (GCC). Ravi oversees the India delivery organization that supports the company across all lines of business, providing dedicated capacity spanning technology, data, analytics, digital, operations, and a wide range of functional roles. Under Ravi's leadership, the GCC has grown to serve multiple Greystar business units, delivering cost-effective, high-quality talent at scale. Ravi works closely with Greystar's senior leaders to design and expand India-based teams, ensuring alignment between Greystar's strategic priorities and the capabilities being built through the GCC.

With twenty-six years of experience, Ravi joined Greystar from JP Morgan Chase & Co., where he was most recently a Managing Director leading the implementation of offshore India team members who performed support functions across fund accounting, asset management, marketing, and reporting. Ravi is actively involved with the Emerging Leaders program, which provides underprivileged students with exposure and professional networking opportunities.

He has a Bachelor of Science in finance and marketing from the State University of New York at Albany.
