BIOGRAPHY

Randy Simpson is a Managing Director and leads the Global Asset Level Operations Platforms (GALOP) Delivery Team. Randy provides leadership to the support team for property software platforms in the owned, active adult, and student lines of business. His oversight includes property management systems, property transitions, product implementations, and software training and support. 

Randy has over thirty years of experience utilizing a broad range of business technologies as a technology professional.  In his prior roles, he was responsible for all aspects of the management and delivery of systems and solutions for industries such as student housing, hospitality, financial services, retail, and IT consulting. Randy most recently served as Chief Information Systems Officer for Education Realty Trust. 

Randy earned a bachelor’s of arts degree in Finance and Management Information Systems from the University of Memphis.
