BIOGRAPHY

Philip Treacy is a Managing Director of Construction, where he oversees the construction efforts in the Great Plains region.

Philip has worked at Greystar for the past 15 years, serving in a variety of roles ranging from estimating and project management to his current position in regional leadership. Prior to joining Greystar, he worked for a commercial general contractor in San Antonio, Texas, where he held roles in preconstruction and project management.

Philip earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
