BIOGRAPHY

Patricio Fernández is a Director for Greystar Development Services, where he helps lead development deals in Chile. Patricio provides market research, design, and technical support to the company through the underwriting process and design improvements, as well as provides construction process oversight for internal projects and third-party advisories.

Before joining Greystar in 2017, Patricio served as Assistant Manager at Fondo Raices, a real estate fund located in Santiago, Chile. He also worked for Aconcagua and Almagro, two of the biggest real estate developers in Chile, performing a variety of roles and responsibilities. Patricio is actively involved in the National Construction Chamber, specifically as a part of the Multifamily Committee, which seeks to provide recommendations for good practices and build strong relationships with government entities.

Patricio earned his Architecture degree from Finis Terrae University and his Master’s degree in Sustainable Design and Construction from the Universidad Del Desarrollo.
