BIOGRAPHY

Paolo Pizzi is a Senior Managing Director of Corporate Finance at Greystar and a member of Greystar's Executive Committee. He supports the Office of the Chief Financial Officer and plays a central role in advancing the company's financial strategy. Paolo oversees corporate finance activities and a senior leadership team across financial planning and analysis, corporate treasury, corporate tax, and external reporting and technical accounting. He also works closely with executive leadership on capital allocation, financial planning, and the firm’s capital structure to help position Greystar for continued global growth.

Paolo has over 20 years of experience across corporate finance and capital markets. Since joining Greystar in 2015, he has been instrumental in strengthening the firm’s financial infrastructure and supporting its expansion. Prior to Greystar, he held global finance roles at Simon Property Group and began his career at Moody’s Investors Service.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
