BIOGRAPHY

Pam McKenna is a Managing Director for Greystar Property Management Services, responsible for third party real estate operations for the state of Washington. Pam formulates and develops annual financial goals and business plans that align with the company’s property management strategy. She leads a team of Real Estate Directors and Regional Property Managers in executing initiatives and strategies that enable properties to meet and exceed budgeted financial and operational objectives.

Active in the multifamily industry since 1997, Pam joined Greystar in 2013 in the Portland market. She has extensive experience with lease ups, dispositions, senior housing, urban high-rise, and conventional garden-style communities. Her expertise includes marketing and leasing, attracting and retaining talent, executing value add strategies, and achieving overall operational success. Pam served sixteen years as a Board Member and is a past President for the Multifamily Northwest Association. She is currently active in the Washington Multifamily Housing Association and holds a real estate broker’s license in Washington.

Pam attended Eastern Mennonite University, where she studied Social Work and Psychology.
