BIOGRAPHY

Niloy Laha is the Managing Director of Corporate Applications on the Enterprise Information Technology team. He collaborates across our organization and maintains external partnerships to help align our corporate technology strategy with our long-term business objectives. He also guides the execution of our corporate applications, such as Oracle and Workday.

Prior to Greystar, Niloy was the Managing Director in the Advisory Transformation practice at Grant Thornton, where he was responsible for leading business transformation initiatives while focusing on streamlining processes, creating long-term value, reducing costs, modernizing technology, and implementing scalable solutions to support growth. Prior to Grant Thornton, Niloy served as the Oracle Services Industry Lead for the Technology, Media, and Telecom sector at Ernst & Young. He also served in a similar capacity at IBM and has led over 20 successful IT-enabled transformation initiatives across several industries and regions.

Niloy holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Jadavpur University and a Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
