BIOGRAPHY

Nicole Wray-Churchill is a Managing Director of Real Estate within the state of Arizona for the Property Management business. Nicole oversees all aspects of operations for a 43,000 unit portfolio, including high-rise, mid-rise, and value add product types and large scale renovation communities. Her team specializes in operations, marketing, renovation, and acquisition support.  

Before joining Greystar in 2010, Nicole was the Asset Manager for Trammel Crow Residential, where she worked closely with the development group to develop and oversee lease-up communities in Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California. Prior to her tenure at Trammel Crow, Nicole was the Senior Portfolio Manager for Prometheus Real Estate Group, where she supervised the multi-family operations in Arizona and Utah for ten years. Nicole is on the Board of Directors for the Arizona Multihousing Association, served on the Executive Committee for five years, and served as Chair in 2018. She regularly speaks at industry events and charitable endeavors.

Nicole is a designated broker for the state of Arizona and holds her broker’s and real estate license in Arizona.
