BIOGRAPHY

Nic Whittaker is a Managing Director of Development for Greystar’s Development Services. He is responsible for identifying, underwriting, capitalizing, and executing development projects in the Midsouth and Central West regions, with a primary focus in Austin, Texas. Nic is experienced in all phases of the development cycle across multiple product types with $700M in completed projects during his tenure at Greystar.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2011, Nic worked as an Asset Manager for Cypress Real Estate Advisors, overseeing projects in Colorado, Georgia, Florida, and Texas. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Real Estate Council of Austin.  

He holds a bachelor of business administration degree in Finance from The McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas.
