BIOGRAPHY

Nathan Miraflor is a Senior Director in the National Quality Assurance Quality Control Group for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility and oversight in the United States and globally. Active in the multifamily industry since 2000, Nathan specializes in quality assurance processes, waterproofing systems, accessibility, and due diligence inspections.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2012, Nathan worked in construction for Price Woods, a commercial construction general contractor and held a variety of construction-related roles with Trammell Crow Residential and Taylor Woodrow Homes. Nathan has served as a real estate inspector for the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2002 and is active with the Fair Housing First Academy and Architectural Barriers Texas Accessibility Academy.

He holds a bachelor’s of arts degree in Theology and Religion from the California Specialized Training Institute.
