BIOGRAPHY

Monica Neff is a Managing Director of Human Resources for Greystar where she is responsible for partnering with various lines of business within the US to deliver strategic human resources initiatives. Monica provides guidance and support to leaders in all aspects of human resources including talent management, learning and development, organizational design, employee engagement, and total rewards.  

Monica spent 17 years at Capital One where she held roles in human resource business partnerships, learning and development, and communications. Prior to joining Greystar, Monica was a Human Resources Director in Commercial Banking leading a team of five business partners in supporting 800 employees across the Capital Markets and Business Payments teams. Within this role, she worked closely with the senior level leaders of the business on organizational design, succession planning and performance, and talent management initiatives. Monica is a member of the Society of Human Resources and a graduate of the University of Florida.
