BIOGRAPHY

Mike Susen is a Managing Director of Client Services in the Southeast region. In this role, he is responsible for business development and provides valuable support, insights and strategy for value creation, acquisitions, and predevelopment consulting for third-party clients.

Prior to joining Client Services, Mike was a Senior Director with Greystar, leading a 35,000-unit third-party portfolio in Charlotte. Before joining Greystar in 2019 he served as Vice President of Asset Management at Terwilliger Pappas, and he held asset management and acquisitions roles with Crescent Communities and Boston Capital earlier in his career. He is also a board member for Entryway in North Carolina and has previously served on the board for the Greater Charlotte Apartment Association.

Mike earned his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and a Master of Science in real estate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte’s Childress Klein School of Real Estate.
