BIOGRAPHY

Michael Sullivan is a Managing Director of Finance for Greystar’s Americas Principal Business. In this role, Michael leads direct joint venture equity sourcing and structuring for ground-up multifamily and logistics developments across the United States.

Before his current role, Michael led the sourcing and execution of debt and equity capital for Greystar’s ground-up developments in the Southeast. Prior to joining Greystar, Michael spent six years at Deloitte Tax LLP in Chicago, where he served as a Tax Manager, providing tax compliance and consulting services to institutional real estate clients.

Michael holds a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, with a focus in finance and real estate, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in accounting from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio.
