BIOGRAPHY

Michelle Chamlee is a Managing Director at Greystar, where she leads Financial Planning & Analysis and Strategic Planning for Greystar's Management Services business. In this role, she oversees corporate reporting, forecasting, and business planning processes, supporting executive decision-making and strategic planning across the platform. Michelle maintains management oversight of key reporting and analytics functions, including KPI dashboards, reforecasting, and performance analysis that provide visibility into operational and financial results.

Michelle joined Greystar in 2007 as a Controller for the Greystar Investment Group and transitioned to the property management business in 2010. She began leading the corporate reporting function in 2016 and has since advanced and scaled the platform’s reporting and planning capabilities, enhancing forecasting accuracy and strengthening executive-level reporting. Her work has supported a more integrated, data-driven approach to performance management across the business.

Michelle is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
