BIOGRAPHY

Michael Greene is a Managing Director of Advantage Solutions for Greystar Property Management Services. His departmental oversight includes national accounts, supplier support, utility management, property transitions, sustainability, and client governance. Michael has also helped develop and supervise other ancillary Greystar business lines, including revenue management and renter’s insurance.

Active in the multifamily industry since 1988, Michael joined Greystar in 2009 as part of the acquisition of JPI, where he oversaw third-party asset management for student properties. Prior to that, he was Regional Director at the pension advisory firm Metric, where he oversaw Central US real estate operations. He also served as Operations Officer for Wellsford Residential Property Trust in Denver, where he was on the Executive Committee of the apartment association. Michael is a licensed real estate broker in ten states and holds the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Michael earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Texas Christian University and holds a Master’s of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.
