BIOGRAPHY

Meredith Griffin is a Managing Director in the Office of the CEO for Greystar, where she provides governance and integration for the Enterprise Operations team. She partners with the Global Corporate Services leadership teams to align strategic priorities, maintain a consistent operating rhythm, and provide visibility into key initiatives and financial performance. Meredith also leads cross-functional enterprise initiatives and oversees Greystar's global corporate office strategy. She serves as President of Greystar Giving, Inc., Greystar's in-house nonprofit, and leads the company's giving programs, including Stars in Need and Greystar Scholars.

Meredith has been with Greystar for 15 years. Prior to joining the Office of the CEO, she spent five years supporting the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer and Global Enterprise Services in strategic operations roles. Before that, she held a variety of accounting leadership positions, including Global Practice Leader of Accounting, where she helped establish and expand Greystar's international accounting teams across Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Before joining Greystar in 2011, Meredith was a Senior Financial Analyst at C.R. Bard and began her career in the Real Estate Assurance practice at Ernst & Young. In 2024, she was named Woman of the Year in the Corporate Real Estate category by the GlobeSt. Women of Influence Awards.

Meredith received a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama and is an inactive CPA.
