BIOGRAPHY

Meredith Griffin is a Managing Director leading Operations for Global Enterprise Services. Meredith is responsible for the overall management of Enterprise Services and for coordinating relationships and activities for the Enterprise Services leadership team which includes executive level coordination of strategic priorities. She oversees cross-functional and organization-wide projects through coordinated efforts with internal and external stakeholders, while driving operational excellence through tracking key initiatives and ongoing financial management. In addition, Meredith leads Greystar's global corporate office strategy as well as Greystar's in-house non-profit, Greystar Giving.

Prior to transitioning to the Enterprise Services team in 2021, Meredith held various accounting positions within Greystar for over ten years, including serving as the Global Practice leader of Accounting where she was instrumental in the launch and buildout of the company’s international accounting teams in Asia-Pacific and Latin America. Before joining Greystar in 2011, Meredith worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at C.R. Bard and started her career in the Real Estate Assurance practice at Ernst & Young.

Meredith received both her bachelor’s degree and Master’s of Accountancy from the University of Alabama and has an inactive Certified Public Accountant license from the State of Georgia.
