BIOGRAPHY

Melonie Shamley is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar, with responsibility for operations across Northern California, Hawaii, and Northern Nevada. In this role, she supports the continued growth of Greystar’s third-party property management platform across the region.

Melonie brings more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry, with expertise across both market-rate and affordable housing. She previously served as Senior Director, overseeing operations in Washington and Idaho, where she partnered with regional teams to drive operational performance. She holds the Accredited Residential Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and a Washington State Managing Broker’s License. Melonie has also contributed to the Washington Multifamily Housing Association.
