BIOGRAPHY

Matthias Euler is a Managing Director and leads Greystar’s Investment Management business in Germany and Austria.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2025, Matthias specialized in purpose-built student accommodation and micro-living concepts, recognizing the growing demand for innovative housing solutions. His expertise has led him to sourcing assets in Germany and the Netherlands for IC Campus, Inhabeo/KKR, and The Social Hub.

Matthias began his career in 1995 at Wilma, where he focused on marketing and sales of single-family houses as well as land development. This role provided him with valuable insights into the real estate market and helped him develop an understanding of client needs and market trends. He then expanded his expertise in investment management at KanAm before joining CBRE Capital Markets in 2006, where he focused on identifying and executing strategic investment opportunities across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Matthias holds a degree in international business administration and law and attended the European Business School as a real estate economist.
