BIOGRAPHY

Matt Riffle is a Managing Director for Greystar’s Property Management business, leading the Owned Asset property accounting division. Matt provides managerial guidance and support for the owned assets property accounting team, which includes multiple lines of business such as conventional investment, conventional construction/development, active adult, student, and single-family rental assets. Matt oversees a portfolio of over 550 properties with a team of 60 financial professionals based in Houston and 25 in Memphis.

Prior to joining Greystar in 1999, Matt worked in financial accounting roles for General Growth Properties and Coastal Energy Corporation.

Matt received his bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston at Clear Lake.
