BIOGRAPHY

Mark Torkelson is a Managing Director and leads the US Capital Projects team in the Central and Southeastern regions for the company’s Investment Management business. Mark is responsible for working directly with the Investment Management, Asset Management, and Greystar Operations teams on physical risk assessment and budget development. In addition, Mark is responsible for overseeing the regional Capital Projects team focusing on project execution and team development.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2007, Mark worked for several major contractors in Central Florida, focusing on multifamily renovations and asset enhancement.

Mark studied Business and Clinical Counseling at Marshall University.
