BIOGRAPHY

Mark Kottmann is Director of Development and Construction for Greystar Netherlands and is responsible for the Greystar Netherlands development projects in the final stages of design and going into the contractual phase.

Mark joined Greystar in 2017 and has over twenty years of experience in real estate, from design to full developments into construction. He started his career as a Technical Project Leader on medium and large-scale architecture and construction projects at Arcadis. After Arcadis, he joined Stevens Van Dijck as a Project Manager and third-party developer of mid-to large-scale office and public buildings developments.

He received his Master of Architecture and Construction from the Rotterdam Institute for Architecture, Construction and Urban planning and graduated for Project Management at the University of Utrecht. Mark also holds a certificate for SCC for managers II.
