BIOGRAPHY

Mark Allnutt is an Executive Director and the business leader for Greystar Europe. He is a member of the Greystar Executive Committee and chairs the Business Line Investment Committee for Europe. Mark provides leadership across the fully vertically integrated European business, setting strategic direction and ensuring clear accountability as the platform continues to scale.

Mark also oversees several key strategic priorities for the region, including alignment with Greystar’s global platform, advancement of the Student Roost strategy and capital relationships, and the continued development of a scalable, repeatable Development and Construction platform.

Since Greystar's entry into Europe in 2013, the platform has grown into one of the continent's leading rental housing investors, developers, and operators. Since joining Greystar in 2014, Mark has been integral to the platform’s growth, building the UK multifamily business, assuming UK business leadership in 2017, and becoming a Europe business leader in 2019.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2014, Mark was Group Executive Commercial Director of Thames Valley Housing, where he originated and managed the company’s joint venture vehicles. He was also a founding Director of Fizzy Living, the sovereign wealth fund-backed multifamily subsidiary of Thames Valley Housing that was subsequently acquired by Greystar in 2021.
