BIOGRAPHY

Marcelo Esquivel serves as the Operations Director in Chile. He oversees Greystar’s property management operations in the country and plays a key role in supporting the company's regional expansion strategy.

Prior to Greystar, Marcelo was Project and Construction Manager at "Grupo Patio," Chile and Peru division, a real estate investment and development group focused on commercial, office, multifamily, and industrial assets. In this division, he was in charge of the management and development of internal processes with the objective of improving costs and deadlines. Previously, he served as a Real Estate Manager at Inmobiliaria ECASA, a Development and Projects Manager at EURO Inmobiliaria, and held various roles, including Field Professional and Works Administrator in several construction companies such as DESCO, Manquehue, and Bravo e Izquierdo.

Marcelo is a Civil Engineer with a degree from Universidad Andrés Bello in Chile and holds an MBA from ESE Business School at Universidad de Los Andes. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the real estate and construction industry.
