BIOGRAPHY

Malissa Worthey is a Managing Director for Greystar Property Management and leads the Active Adult business. She provides oversight and operational support for the West, Central, and East regions within the active adult portfolio and is responsible for enhancing process efficiencies, supporting client retention, and advancing the growth of the platform.

Malissa began her real estate career at Greystar. She started onsite in leasing and advanced through a variety of roles with increasing responsibility, primarily focused on Greystar owned assets. Her experience across property operations informs a practical, execution-focused leadership approach grounded in firsthand operational knowledge.

Malissa earned her bachelor’s degree from Colorado State University in business management and marketing.
