BIOGRAPHY

Liz Henderson is a Managing Director of Client Services in the Northeast region, where she leads third-party client services across an 11-state geography and plays a central role in business development, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives. In this role, Liz is responsible for supporting clients with their acquisition, development, and management transition pursuits to drive growth of the management platform. She oversees a high-performing team responsible for underwriting, market analysis, and contract negotiations.

Prior to joining Greystar, Liz was an Asset Manager with Freddie Mac Multifamily over a variety of asset types across the country, including affordable, student, lease-up, and manufactured housing. She helped to develop and streamline the financial review process to prepare loans for securitization with the company’s CMBS program. Prior to Freddie Mac, Liz worked in onsite property management with Bozzuto, with a focus on lease ups and mixed-use management in the DC Metro area. Liz is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, CREW DC, and the Urban Land Institute Washington.

Liz holds her Bachelor of Science in marketing management from Virginia Tech, and her Master of Business Administration in finance from Georgetown University.
