Lisa Nerheim-Chereck is the Senior Managing Director for Greystar’s Property Management business in the Pacific Northwest region, overseeing operations across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. She leads a team of more than 1,600 professionals, managing a diverse portfolio of 56,000 multifamily units and 1,000,000 square feet of retail and commercial space

Prior to her current role, Lisa served as Managing Director at Greystar from 2014 to 2024, where she built high-performing teams and developed innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and market growth. Before that, she was Senior Vice President at Riverstone Residential from 2010 to 2014, earning recognition for her expertise in strategic planning, talent development, and client relationship management. With over 15 years of leadership experience in real estate operations, Lisa is recognized for her ability to align operational strategies with financial goals, drive performance excellence, and foster a culture of trust.

Lisa is a licensed Principal Broker in Oregon and holds the CPM designation through IREM.
