Lisa Nerheim-Chereck is a Managing Director of Real Estate and leads the Property Management operations in Oregon and retail/commercial services for the Pacific Northwest division. Lisa and her team of highly skilled Directors consistently drive operating performance, achieve revenue goals through calculated rent positioning, and adhere to strict internal cost control measures.

Lisa joined Greystar in 2004 and is an accomplished real estate professional with over twenty years of direct experience assisting property owners and developers in maximizing the value of their multifamily and mixed-use investments. She is well-versed in property repositioning, including major unit interior renovations and the execution of extensive capital improvements. Lisa has managed the value optimization and successful lease-up of more than 60 new development assets in her career, many involving a mixed-use commercial or retail component.
