BIOGRAPHY

Lindsay Hauss is a Senior Managing Director for the Americas Principal Business at Greystar. She leads the accounting function across US investments, North America development and construction, and Americas corporate accounting. Lindsay is responsible for accounting and investor reporting for Greystar’s domestic investment vehicles, including fund and joint venture accounting, development, construction and capital projects accounting, and corporate accounting for the Americas.

With nearly two decades at Greystar, Lindsay brings deep institutional knowledge and leadership experience to the organization. She began her career with Greystar in 2007 and previously worked in the assurance practice at Grant Thornton, LLP.

Lindsay holds a master’s degree in accountancy and a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with an accounting concentration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
