BIOGRAPHY

Lewis Stoneburner is a Senior Managing Director of Greystar's Florida Development and Construction business, with responsibility for the Florida market and leadership of the business unit. He oversees the management of the P&L, business plan, team members, and development projects within the region. In addition, Lewis and his team have responsibility for sourcing, site selection, negotiation, underwriting, capitalization, entitlement, design, construction management, leasing, and disposition of new development opportunities. Since joining Greystar in 2014, he has been involved in the development and pre-development of approximately $2.7 billion of new projects totaling approximately 7,000 multifamily units, 2,800 student housing beds, 1,000 senior housing units, 1.5 MSF of industrial warehouse, 172 hotel keys, and various retail components. This development spans construction types including garden, mid-rise, vertical and horizontal mixed-use projects, and high rise.

Prior to joining Greystar, Lewis served as Vice President for Robinson Development Group. He started his career with CBRE as an Associate and then Senior Associate, specializing in office brokerage and executing nearly 300,000 square feet of office leases.

Lewis holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Virginia.
