BIOGRAPHY

Lewis Stoneburner is a Senior Managing Director of Development and leads Greystar’s Development and Construction team across the lower southeast region comprising of Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. Lewis oversees the unit’s P&L, business plan, team members, and development pipeline and provides leadership across sourcing, site selection, underwriting, capitalization, entitlement, design, construction management, leasing, and disposition. He also serves on Greystar’s Executive Committee.

The lower southeast team has executed more than $7B of development across approximately 80 projects and currently manages about $4.1B of active projects across 50 development and pre-development deals, representing roughly 12,000 units and 1.8M SF of industrial development. Prior to joining Greystar in 2014, Lewis was Vice President at Robinson Development Group and an Associate and Senior Associate at CBRE, specializing in office brokerage.

Lewis holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (Dean’s Scholar), and a bachelor’s degree in history from the University of Virginia.
