BIOGRAPHY

Lauren Morgan is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Conventional Owned Asset team for Greystar’s Property Management business .Lauren currently oversees a team of Managing Directors who supervise operations for Greystar’s Owned Assets located across the US for both Investment and Development. She previously held responsibility for the Central territory within the Conventional Owned Asset team and oversaw the launch and leadership team responsible for the Resource Center located in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Lauren worked at JRK Property Holdings as a Regional Vice President. She was responsible for five states and over 7,000 units in her previous position. With experience in several areas of multifamily including high-rise, mid-rise, garden style, new construction, renovations, and retail components, she excels on finding a solution to any problem and working with her teams to drive success.
