BIOGRAPHY

Lauren Morgan is a Senior Managing Director and leads the central territory of the Conventional Owned Asset team for Greystar’s Property Management business. Lauren currently oversees a team of Senior Directors who supervise operations for Greystar’s Owned Assets located in the Central territory of the US and Mexico. She also oversees the leadership team responsible for the resource center located in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Lauren worked at JRK Property Holdings as a Regional Vice President. She was responsible for five states and over 7,000 units in her previous position. With experience in several areas of multifamily including high-rise, mid-rise, garden style, new construction, renovations, and retail components, she excels on finding a solution to any problem and working with her teams to drive success.
