BIOGRAPHY

Lauren Eurto is a Senior Managing Director and leads the Conventional Owned Asset team for Greystar Management Services, which is comprised of 313 communities and more than 97,000 units and growing. Lauren currently oversees a team of Managing Directors who supervise operations for Greystar’s owned assets with a corporate team of over 100 located across the US and Canada for both investment and development.

She previously held responsibility for the Central territory within the Conventional Owned Asset team as Managing Director over four states and six markets. Lauren also oversaw the launch and leadership team responsible for the Resource Center located in Dallas, Texas in 2021.

Beginning her career in multifamily as a Leasing Agent in 1999, Lauren’s experience is extensive including high-rise, mid-rise, garden style, new construction, renovations, single-family and retail management. Prior to joining Greystar in 2017, Lauren worked at JRK Property Holdings as a Regional Vice President. She was responsible for five states and over 7,000 units in her previous position.
