BIOGRAPHY
Lance Hanna is a Managing Director of Development for Greystar Development and Construction Services, with responsibility for conventional multifamily, age-restricted active adult, purpose-built student living, and industrial development in the Great Plains region. Lance has executed both value-add acquisitions and ground-up development strategies exceeding $500 million in closed transactions and covered over 60 markets spanning 40 US states and Canada.
Prior to joining Greystar in 2012, Lance worked in development, acquisitions, and asset management roles for Inland American, JPI Partners, SSR Realty Advisors (now Blackrock), and GE Capital. Prior to his real estate career, Lance worked for Accenture, where he performed business process and information technology consulting for US clients nationwide in the banking, airlines, and pharmaceutical industries. Lance is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder.
He holds a master's degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor's degree in Engineering from Texas A&M University.
