BIOGRAPHY

Kristin Davis is a Managing Director responsible for operations in Pennsylvania and Delaware for Greystar’s third-party Property Management business. Kristin joined Greystar in 2012 and currently oversees a portfolio of over 40 assets totaling over 10,000 units, leading a team of Directors, Regional Property Managers, Regional Maintenance, and Construction Services team members. Her skill set allows for versatility amongst many types of assets ensuring their financial and operational success and resulting client satisfaction. With 25 years of multifamily management experience, her role focuses on the overall operations of both lease-up and stabilized assets, along with leading the pre-development consulting in the Philadelphia and Pittsburgh regions. 

Before joining Greystar in 2012, Kristin was with The Bozzuto Group for ten years. Kristin has also formerly worked with Pinnacle and Berkshire Realty Holdings in the Maryland markets. Kristin has served on the Board for the Pennsylvania Apartment Association and has been a contributor to various groups pertaining to the third-party management viewpoint of landlord-tenant affairs in the state of Pennsylvania.

Kristin attended Towson University focused on Business Management.
