BIOGRAPHY

Kristen Gibson is a Managing Director for Greystar Management Services, where she leads the Student Living business and oversees operations and management of all owned off-campus assets, third-party fee assets, and co-living properties. Kristen leads a team of Senior Directors with operational oversight related to leasing, financial performance, and daily operations. She is also responsible for driving growth of the student living platform through third-party and owned new business development.

Kristen joined Greystar in 2018 through the acquisition of EdR, bringing with her extensive experience across the student housing space. Throughout her career, she has held a variety of onsite and corporate roles, including Regional Property Manager and Senior Director. Her background spans a broad range of asset types, from lease-up to stabilized properties, with all of her experience rooted in the student housing industry. She also holds the Accredited Residential Manager certification through the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in education and a Master of Education from the University of Georgia.
