BIOGRAPHY
Korene is a Managing Director of Real Estate for Greystar’s third-party Property Management Services for the state of New Jersey. She is responsible for the oversight of a growing portfolio of high-quality assets in the Garden State including the Hudson Waterfront and Jersey City opportunity zones. Korene leads a seasoned regional team of local experts to ensure every asset in her region achieves an elevated customer experience, optimized value, and continued overall success. Her portfolio consists of high-rise, mid-rise, and garden style communities.
Korene has over sixteen years of multifamily real estate experience in the state of New Jersey having worked for national and regional real estate development groups and real estate owners. She joined Greystar in 2014 as part of the Riverstone Residential Group acquisition where she worked for seven years. Her extensive project experience includes pre-development, lease-up to stabilization, rebranding and marketing, large capital projects, unit renovation programs, and affordable compliance. She has served on the board of the New Jersey Apartment Association where she is currently an active member. She has also been a licensed Realtor in New Jersey since 2006.
