Kimberly Payne is a Managing Director of Human Resource Operations for Greystar where she is responsible for driving human resources service delivery. She oversees all aspects of human resources operations including payroll, data management and reporting, compliance, leave and accommodations, employee relations, and change management for Greystar’s US business.
With over twenty years of experience, Kimberly has a proven track record of leading organizational change and integrating human resources with business strategy. Prior to joining Greystar, she was the Head of HR Shared Services with Weir Group where she led the transformation of the HR service delivery model for the US and Canada. This included systems implementations, consolidation and harmonization of payroll systems and processes, and HR compliance. While at Weir, she served on the Board of the Women in Energy Network and is currently a member of the Mid-Cities Human Resources Association.
Kimberly holds a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Texas at Arlington and a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas.
