BIOGRAPHY
Kim Azevedo is a Director for Greystar Brazil Development and Investment, supporting the company’s local growth and investment strategy. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, coordinating, and executing projects in Brazil.
Prior to joining Greystar, Kim worked for Odebrecht, the largest construction and infrastructure group in Latin America, overseeing the development of mixed-use ground-up projects in São Paulo, Brazil. Prior to that, Kim worked as an Architect with Foster + Partners and Kohn Pedersen Fox in London, UK, working on projects in Brazil, Australia, and The Middle East.
Kim holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of Architecture degree from the Architectural Association in London, UK.
