Kelly Siegal is a Managing Director of Marketing at Greystar, leading property marketing across digital, brand, and content strategies for the US portfolio, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes at the property level. She oversees a high-performing marketing organization that partners closely with operations and clients to enhance property performance and elevate the overall customer experience. Her team delivers integrated, full-funnel marketing solutions that strengthen brand differentiation and create consistent, high-quality experiences for both residents and clients, with a direct connection to marketing strategy and performance for Greystar’s owned asset portfolio.

With more than 20 years of experience across multifamily, real estate, hospitality, and travel, Kelly is known for building scalable, value-add marketing organizations that improve efficiency and drive results. She previously founded the first in-house advertising and digital agency at Alliance Residential, leading a transformation that significantly increased property and enterprise value. Early in her career, she worked in advertising, leading marketing strategy across a range of verticals.

Kelly holds a degree in business and communications from Arizona State University and was recognized as a 2024 GlobeSt. Women of Influence Award winner for Marketing/Communications Professional.
