BIOGRAPHY

Kelly Siegal is a Managing Director of Marketing, leading Greystar’s national property marketing division across digital marketing and creative services for third-party and owned-asset portfolios. These groups are focused on marketing consultation, strategy, omni-channel digital advertising, brand development, creative design, campaigns, communications, and public relations. She also oversees the dedicated marketing teams for Greystar Development and Investment, advancing property marketing strategy through marketing model modernization and optimization.

With more than six years of direct multifamily experience and more than 18 years of strategic marketing and ad agency experience, Kelly is versed in building internal value-additive modern marketing organizations that drive brand differential, ROAS, and advanced approaches. She created the first in-house ad and digital agency at Alliance Residential. As an ad agency executive with experience across multiple national and international verticals, she grew as an expert in client services, branding, media buying, social media, and workflow development. She also drove agency growth through new business initiatives, innovative ideas, and campaigns for existing clients, while optimizing the overall agency structure.

Kelly earned her degree in Business and Communications from Arizona State University.
