Sullivan

BIOGRAPHY

Katie Sullivan is a Managing Director for Greystar Europe’s Legal and Transaction Management team. In her role, she is responsible for negotiating all development-related transaction documentation, overseeing development delivery, managing disputes and operations, and providing general legal leadership across Greystar’s European platform.

Katie joined Greystar in 2022, bringing extensive experience from her previous roles as an in-house lawyer at Battersea Power Station Development Company and Transport for London. She began her legal career at the international law firm Jones Day, where she qualified as an Associate specialising in real estate transactions.

Katie holds a First Class Honours Bachelor of Arts joint degree in law and sociology from the University of Warwick. She is a qualified solicitor and a member of the Law Society of England & Wales.
