BIOGRAPHY
Kathleen Leito is a Managing Director of Real Estate Operations for the New England region at Greystar. With over 25 years of property management experience throughout the Northeast, Kathleen has significantly expanded the region's footprint across Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
In her current role, Kathleen oversees operations for over 85 assets comprising of over 25,000 units throughout the four states. She leads a team of Directors and Regional Property Managers, focusing on optimizing property performance, driving business development, and ensuring client satisfaction. Kathleen's expertise spans luxury lease-ups from predevelopment to stabilization, as well as large-scale renovation projects from acquisition to successful repositioning.
Her career is driven by a commitment to operational excellence and the development of high-performing teams that consistently achieve business plan goals.
Kathleen attended SUNY Dutchess, where she studied liberal arts.
