BIOGRAPHY

Justin Keeling is a Managing Director and leads the US Capital Projects Services team for the Investment Management business. Justin oversees the physical diligence, renovations, and construction of domestically owned assets and acquisitions. In addition, Justin is responsible for working directly with the Portfolio Management team on physical risk assessment and establishing standard operating procedures, which the Capital Projects team uses to manage assets.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2011, Justin was the Owner and Operator of a general contracting company located in San Diego, California.

Justin received his bachelor's degree in Business from California Lutheran University and earned his Master’s of Business Administration from San Diego State University.
