BIOGRAPHY

JR Thulin is a Managing Director for Greystar Development Services and is responsible for the sourcing, development, coordination, and execution of project development for Greystar-owned projects in the Central US and Central North regions.

Prior to his current role, JR served as a Development and Construction Manager for University House Communities Group/Inland American Communities Group, where he was responsible for coordinating the development and construction of student-oriented multifamily residential projects in select markets across the US. JR has experience in all phases of multifamily development, construction, and sales. He has held a California Real Estate Broker license and was a licensed General Contractor in California and Utah.

JR holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, and a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University.
