BIOGRAPHY

Josh Glover is a Managing Director of Development in North Carolina. He is responsible for the development business in the Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham markets, including managing the sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, design, permitting, and construction of development projects across all product lines.

Since joining Greystar in 2015, Josh has been directly involved with the development of more than 10,000 units and over $2.5B of total capitalized new development across student housing, conventional multifamily, active adult, and industrial projects. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Josh holds a bachelor’s degree in real estate and corporate finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
