BIOGRAPHY

Josh Glover is a Managing Director for Greystar Development and Construction Services and leads development activity in the North Carolina markets. He is responsible for all aspects of the development business in the Charlotte and Raleigh-Durham markets, including managing the sourcing, underwriting, capitalization, design, permitting, and construction of development projects across all product lines.

Since joining Greystar in 2015, Josh has been active in the multifamily industry and has been directly involved with the development of over 8,000 units and in excess of $1.7B of total capitalized new development. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute.

Josh received his bachelor’s degree in real estate and corporate finance from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
