BIOGRAPHY

Josh Dangerfield is a Managing Director of Transaction Management for Greystar Europe. In his role, Josh provides strategic guidance and oversight on European M&A transactions and joint venture negotiations and oversees the execution of complex, high-value transactions. Josh is also responsible for developing and standardizing acquisition and disposal strategies across Europe to help drive consistency, efficiency and value.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2022, Josh was a private equity real estate lawyer at an international law firm for 10 years.

Josh gained a first-class degree in law from the University of Manchester. He is a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
