BIOGRAPHY

Joseph Smith is a Managing Director and leads the US Capital Projects group for Greystar’s Investment Management business. Joseph oversees the physical diligence, renovations, and construction of domestically owned assets in the Western US region, including Colorado. Joseph is responsible for working directly with both the Asset Management and Investment teams to provide scope on development and budgets while leading the regional Capital Projects teams focused on execution.

Prior to joining Greystar in 2013, Joseph was an Independent Contractor for Hills Welding and Engineering Servicing. Joseph also worked for several commercial general contractors focusing on ground up construction.

Joseph attended Metro Community College.
