BIOGRAPHY
John Roberson is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar Development and Construction Services covering Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
Active in the multifamily industry since 2011, John joined Greystar in 2012 and is directly responsible for the Regional P&L of the business unit, which encompasses site selection, underwriting, capitalization, and execution of new development opportunities. To date, John has capitalized over $2.75B of new development projects totaling 9,500 units, 380 hotel keys, and 1,800 student housing beds. John serves on the Advancement Board of Real Estate Development at Clemson University and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and National Multifamily Housing Council.
John received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin and holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
