BIOGRAPHY
John Roberson is a Senior Managing Director for Greystar Development and Construction Services, covering Georgia, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
Active in the multifamily industry since 2011, John joined Greystar in 2012 and is directly responsible for site selection, underwriting, capitalization, and execution of new development opportunities. To date, John has capitalized over $2.34 billion of new development projects totaling 9,138 units.
He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas, Austin, and holds a master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Clemson University.
